i agree on the RAM, but an Opteron 165 isn't old... its dual core... just because its an outdated socket, its not necessarily old...

it has many extra features, but your better off using that $100 on something else

Vista runs flawlessly on my stepfathers 1.6ghz C2D and 1gb memory...with Aero and everything.
