dark strike: you are telling him to put in custom water cooling when he already said he's not completely good with assembling computers.

Not to mention you and i both know he cant afford that

With the HP I was gonna buy, I was gonna pay for it in one year, with monthly payments. So idk, with me I only have 1000 right now on the table.

1000 is all you need to build an awesome tower. Then buy a monitor off HP if you need one and pay that off in payments then.

If he ordered a 226BW doesn't Samsung offer a Monthly Payment Plan? I thought they did, however its been a while since I bought a new monitor.

it doesn't matter too much considering HP and Dell's monitors are both made by Samsung anyway i believe but yes if he can get a 226BW on monthly that would be nice.

Never knew that, so Dell and HP use the S Panels from Samsung?

I know Dell's monitors are just Samsung with the dell name slapped on. If HP sells Samsung monitors on their site (just as dell does) I would imagine HP uses their screens as well.
