All depends on what kind of temps you see and how good your hardware is. Their all different so you want to slowly work your way up by raising the fsb a little and then checking for stability with prime85 or something.

IIRC most of the reviews have been getting ~3.6ghz on stock cooler but yours might not be able to get their stable.
