Revived this thread cause I finally got around to testing my old p4 2.8, x800, 1 gig system:

ok ste i ran 3dmark for my res(1680x1050) and your res(1152x864) i could not use 1440x900 since my 22" wont display that res.

I scored over 8000 which i was pretty impressed by

umm, the score window says 8022, but on the main window, it says 7880?

hmmm....the test with the resolution at 1680 x 1050, had matched scores...

here's my second highest so far:
Futuremark - ORB - Result Analyzer
i had the cpu set to right under 3.0ghz, ram at 4-4-4-12, not sure of the exact frequency.
sli'd 7900gs 546/796
if i overclock my cards a little more, run the ram as fast as it will go, and overclock my hypertransport about 200mhz, i score about 4-500 points higher.
i'm pretty friggin happy my rig pwns some serious arse for an inexpensive (at least NOW it would be lol) amd setup.

guys ? the highest score says the CPU was a Core 2 Quad @ 2.66 ghz, does that mean its a Core 2 Extreme thats mislabeled or is it just a regular core 2 quad q6600, or does he have already hardware thats gonna come out soon, u know theres a core 2 quad q6700?

only if you link the page like i did. then you can go to the "configuration" tab and it will show the actual speed of the cpu and graphics card(s).
