besides the price of the non-dominator being HALF with the same specs

Mostly just the heatsink and fan. The dominators come with a little fan for active cooling.

the Dominator's use a Heatpipe or something that makes it run cooler

Nah the dominators use the huge heatsink with a fan, its the ocz reapers that use the heatpipe.
