What's the better thoice for ram?

Since 2 sticks of ram are PC133 and the third one is PC100, Is it better to just with 2 PC133 sticks, or run the 2 PC133 sticks INCLUDING the PC100 stick? But then it will all clock down to PC100

768mb SDRAM (PC133) VS 896mb SDRAM (PC100)

768mb SDRAM (PC133) VS 1GIG SDRAM (PC100)

Witch is the better choise for each?
