vernong1992, i think he already has the ide version, so hes going to have to deal with the jumper issue. OR, send it back and say, "oops, ordered the wrong one. i meant to get the sata version."

oh ur right, lmao sorry man, but just put it on the mode its give to u in because the sata doesn't use that slave/master crap so it should work....

If it is going to be your only optical drive then use either Master or CS, when in doubt use CS.
