I like Nosboost and Veedubfreak (in a no homo way) but not because they are high end benchmarkers.. (if that's how it worked I'd be one of the most hated people at this forum! )

I would say another good way to EARN respect would be to take advice when you ask for it, instead of doing whatever the **** you want to do and wasting everyones time in the process.

I remember I had a retreat couple years back with my fellow students
we discussed wether respect is freely given or you have to earn it

all the people in my group were just so fake, it was insane...
they all say they respect is freely given
but I had known them for couple months already
what they say is different than how they act
