3d marks are higher with the 7600gt aswell.

I just bought one to replace my ati x1300 and its much better, smoother and faster

Between those I would say 7600gt. Or if you want to overclock and go a little over budget and get a HIS X1800gto IceQ3

I got mine at 16pipelines and 730mhz gpu and memory. Gets 10,200 in 3dmark05 and I recommend it to people a lot because of how much it overclocks.

Texture and pixel fill rates are better, and I have heard that the 7600 OC's better if your going to do that... just my 2 cents
