Newegg.com - MSI FX5200-TD128LF GeForce FX 5200 128MB 64-bit DDR AGP 4X/8X Low Profile Video Card - Retail I think this would work.

Can you use the D-Sub and DVI outputs at the same time? For some reason I thought you could only use one at a time.

Yeah if that does support dual monitors than one would be d sub than the other dvi, quality difference could be noticeable.
