Default what to upgrade

Here are my computer specs:
DH4870
C2D E8500 @ 3.16
4 gigs of ram

to run more current games at max with higher FPS -- and also to possibly fraps when playing what do you guys recommend I upgrade, and any suggested items would be very appreciated, thank you

Honestly, you have almost as good as you can.. Main upgrade really would be to a high end quad, but that'd be a waste of money.

Youre basically at a point where your next upgrade is tgo a ddr3 mobo and an am3 or i5/7 setup.
