What Size Power Supply would I need For

And Suggestions on the size power Supply i would need for this upgrade.

AMD Opteron 185 Denmark 2.6GHz Socket 939 Dual Core

I'm also running Two 160Gig Raid drives.
I currently have a Antec 500watt psu so do you think that's enough?

don't pay attention to wattage.. just the amps on the Dual 12V+...

i think an xclio greatpower 550 is enough but that maybe pushing it... Corsair 520 or pc power and cooling silence 610

Antec Basiq, I suppose? You know how many AMPs you currently have? Check your +12V rails. I think about 35+ AMPs would run all of those components you've listed up there. If it's not enough, look into the 520HX. 54AMPs on 3 +12V rails, what more do you want from such a great performance PSU?
