Default what should i spend my money on???

ok i have 400$ and i want to upgrade my current rig in my sig. i only want to spend 200 of 400 dollars because i want to spend about 200 dollars on a new videocard when dx10 comes out. so i have 200$ to use to upgrade my computer, what should i spend it on. i think that my cpu is holding me back rite now. i am open to any advice.

you could look at throwing in another 1gb of memory but i think your processor is acceptable for the moment.
