With good quality 1GB RAM you can take it not only .4GHz over, but (If you're lucky) 1.0GHz over.

in which you're implying 'good quality 1gb RAM' will effect his CPU OC

memory won't affect cpu overclocking. there's really no point with overclocking memory, so just stick with this stick, and you should be fine.

theres plenty point...you can get quite a few hundred megs if not an extra gig per second memory bandwidth transfer depending on how far you go of course

I can only explain my comments by claiming a momentary lapse of reason :classic: that, and subconciuous (sp?) interference. After all, I'm using a divider myself.
