yes, definately the 7900 GT.
Leadtek 7900 GT - $309

but you also need to consider that your current motherboard has AGP, whereas these new cards are in PCI-E.
so in order to use a new video card, you need a PCI-E motherboard

I don't have PCI-E

I'm using AGP 8X

I don't see a 7900GT that will plug into AGP. Got a link?

i dont know about 7900gt but i know a 7800gt can.... i was going 2 get one at newegg...... but i recomend a 6800gs for an AGP cause if u get any graphics card above teh 6800 series, the performance would be affected.... So jus go with the 6800gs and save a little extra money.
And if ur lucky u can unlock to 16 pipelines

All cards in the Geforce 6 series support opengl 2.0, if it says 1.5, it's a typo. Same thing for the 7 series, and the radeon x100 and x1000 series.
so, umm, err yeah

Then 003 is right. A 6800gt will be a great card for AGP. However, you do need to realize that AGP is going the way of ISA and in the not too distant future will be extinct! However, when Vista and DX10 hit the sheleves, we are all going to be in the same boat................building new systems.
