FYI this is the video card I am looming at getting for my new build.

I am looking for a monitor around 20" for less than $125.

I know I want one with a low response time (it looks like 5ms is the best I can get for the price). Anyways I was wondering what else I should look for.

Also if I get a monitor with built in speakers will I have to use hdmi for it to work or if I use dvi will it work but the speakers won't work?

I am asking because I am going to upgrade to a two monitor set up and was not sure whether or not I should get a monito with both hdmi and dvi setup based on my choice in video card.

Here is my current choice of monitor

$5 dollars over my budget but I just started looking.

Thanks for any help.

I just went through 4 montitors in the last 6 months.

Here's my rig: AMD 6 core with triple display

Here's what i found:

1) My last Monitor was a 27" Viewsonic, 1ms Refresh time. While you won't notice the 1ms refresh, until you don't have it anymore....there is no blur whatsoever.

2) LED's are always brighter.

3) You know that gaming on two monitors suck (here's why):

The monitor beziels are RIGHT in the middle. I would wait and set yourself for a triple screen.

Be patient and plan...
