180Hz at 2048x1536 ?!!? I REALLY doubt that, what model and brand is it?

You would think that at 6529 posts apokalipse would know exactly what he was talking about but still it does seem hard to believe that he is getting 2048 x 1536 at 180Hz

He might mean his max resolution is 2048x1536 but his max refresh rate at lowest resolution is 180HZ.
