Im getting conflicting answers about a good PSU

my system will consist of athlon-64 3700+ san diego processor, X800XL video card, 1 gig corsair 3200 ram, 120 gig seagate hardrive, mobo is MSI K8N Neo4-F Socket 939, dvd/cd R/RW, no sound card, will use on board sound.

I will not be overclocking.

What kind of PSU would I need?

450w? 500w?

12v/18a? 12v/26a?

What should I be looking for?
