Looks good only thing I would consider is for $20 more getting a 640gb drive with a 32mb cache.
Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Black WD6401AALS 640GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives

That one is a western digital. If you are partial to seagate get one with 32mb cache.

I do not see any ram unless it was in a combo deal.

If you are going to overclock you will want an aftermarket cooler as well.

What Operating system? vista home premium 64bit?

here is some sweet ram.
Newegg.com - G.SKILL PI Black 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

Edit: kudos to the combo deal hikaricloud selected.

You're missing RAM, and I would recommend changing the motherboard and getting this combo: Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more!

Also, grab the 320gb version of that HDD, it's the same cost: Newegg.com - Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST3320613AS 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives

EDIT: Kudos to the 640gb WD Hefe mentioned.

If you are talking about the one hikaricloud linked, yes indeed it will. His combo deal includes the same ram I recommended.

Yes me and hikaricloud would have pointed out any problems other than the ones discussed.
