What happened to the ultras?

they just arent worth the money anymore. was alright when i bought one, but now the gts g92 is pretty much on par with it and much cheaper. and the 3870 is better and cheaper XD

im kinda tempted to sell mine for just enough money to break even on a 3870x2.

well see how nvidia goes with the're next cards. im sick of these **** nvidia drivers. I cant play old games with new drivers, and i cant play new games with old drivers. Everytime i swap games i gotta spend 15 min installing new or old drivers first XD

Thats weird, because according the graphics card ranking chart. The 8800gts g92 revision is below both the 8800gtx and 8800ultra.

below, yeah, but not by leaps and bounds. The performance is probably pretty close. Id be a bit better off on higher resolutions with 768Mb ram as opposed to the 512. Thats about it.
