Default What Graphics Card for $70?

Ok. I'm building a PC for office use. There are NO games involved. This is the PC I'll be building:

PSU 400W FSB $41.50

CPU is E6300 for $203

HD is 80Gig WD $42 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822144122

Mobo is Extreme compatible $93

Memory 2 G.Skills at 512MB each $80

CD/DVD burner LiteOn for $38 (on of the best)

Case something like this for $37

The video card is the most tricky one, but I was thinking about this ASUS for 55$

I really would like your input on the video card. The PC is going to use apps like photoshop and I could go as high as $70 on the video card. What would you recommend?

I personally don't like Asus cards, cause I've had some bad experiance with them.

Intel Q9400 | Gigabyte EP45-UD3P | G.Skill 2x2GB DDR2 1000 | XFX HD5870
