I'm thinking of getting this CPU when I get an extra 200$.

Also maybe someone can recommend a good PSU I was thinking 800+ watts.
 
You don't need 800+ watts for a little 560 and any FX CPU. A nice Corsair 650w would do just fine for that build.

If you're dead set on sticking with AMD then the 4170 is the way to go.
