Don't buy a H67 mobo if you ever plan on overclocking.

The H67 isn't overclockable. Either get a P67 board, or don't get a "K" series processor.
XFX HD6870, more performance and cheaper.
Cases are personal preference but the Corsair Carbide Series 400R is cheaper and more build friendly than the Six Hundred if you like the look.

What country are you in? Can provide appropriate links for sites.

My Budget is 800-950$ (With Tax (13% here)) I don't need a Power Supply, HDD and DvD reader. I already got them.

I know New Egg but I prefer local stores

I dont really plan to OC, but I can change my mind if worth it.
