Looks good, except I would not advise the modular power supply. Ive heard to many accounts of modular power supplies damaging core components.

This setup is great and also i would also like to compliment your fantastic and super intelligent friend who helped you pick out this setup. nice work.

Oh and to that guy saying modular PSUs damage core components.
I own the Hiper Type-R 580Watt modular and you're statement is wrong.

I would go with the OCZ PoweStream for a good PSU. or PC Cooling ones, they are very good.
