What else are you planning to do with the PC? Video and Audio editing? Gaming? Or just surfing the web?

Ditch the sound card. The motherboard's integrated audio will be fine.

G-Skill 1GB stick of RAM - $69. Good reviews, buy 2 if you want. But i think 1GB is plenty.

$1300 including everything.

What is your price point? What are you using your PC for? More importantly, does everything look OK?

talldude you forgot the floppy drive, video capture card, computer desk, office suite, physX card, case fans, twist ties, and other components vital to the functioning of a computer.

well like everyone is saying wait a couple weeks for the prices to drop on the x2's. and I dont know why he would need a desk.? are you building a pc to replace an existing one or just starting over?

You don't really need any of those for new computer. Maybe fans, but nothing else.
