Default What do you guys think of this video card?

I will be building another computer soon. I think i will be getting this GPU. What do you guys think of it. Im on somewhat of a budget.

not bad. from the benchmarks I saw a while ago when it debuted, I think it landed somewhere around the 6600GT cards. And if that really is the case, then I'd go with the 6600GT for price reasons. Just my opinion.

well if your on ly using it to play games id say a 6600gt but if you do some photoshop or video editing i think the ati is a good one

If you can afford wait a little bit longer and save up for a eVGA 6800GS you'll be so happy you did so.

Thanks for the replies

The eVGA geforce 6800GS looks like a good deal.

Ok im a little bit confused. Why is the radeon x1600pro on par with the geforce 6600gt when the x1600pro cards on board memory is 512mb and 256 bit and the 6600gt is 128mb and 128 bit.

My main purpose would be for games. I would like to be able to run F.E.A.R. without any delays.
