I just put together my PC and turned it on. I don't know what to do? I put my MoBo disc in and the main screen would keep appearing every ~10 seconds. I took it out and then put in my Windows 7 disc and it says Loading OPerating System, but nothing has happened for 10minutes.

What do I do?

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H
CPU: AMD Phenom ii X4 965 Black Edition 3.4GHz
RAM: G. Skill Ripjaw Series 4GB DDR3 RAM 1600
Video Card: XFX HD-585X-ZAFC Radeon HD 5850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5
Power Supply: OCZ Fatal1ty 550W
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Black WD6402AAEX 640GB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0 Gb
OS: Windows 7 - Home Premium 64BIT

Leave the Win7 disc in, it takes a while to load but eventually should come up with a prompt to install Windows. You need to install Windows before you can use the motherboard CD. It took a long time for Win7 installer to come up on my i7 build (longer than it did for my C2D laptop which is weird).

I would suggest waiting a little bit more. It may take a while to load the OS from the disc.

EDIT: Have you gone through the BIOS yet? Considering you say it is your FIRST power up, I think not...

This page may help.
