Doesn't the Core 2 Extreme have unlocked multipliers?

both have 2x4mb L2 cache actually, but the extreme has an unlocked multiplier for better overclocking.

Well the unlocked multiplier to me, are only better if you are trying to achieve a world record or something. An unlocked multiplier, won't necessarily give you a better overclock, because I believe it only overclocks the processor, and not the FSB.
