Default what is the difference?

what's the difference between these two processors....i'm debating on getting one or the other but i don't know which...i might do a lol OCing but not sure

Newegg.com - AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ Toledo 2.2GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket 939 Processor - OEM

and

They have 2 different cores. One uses less wattage than the other and is newer. Youll be able to overclock alot further on the Toledo i believe. I have a Toledo and ive gotten it up to 2.9ghz@1.45v. Toledos have headroom.

It may sound stupid, but they are exactly the same, apart from one is made in Manchester (England or Missouri), and the other is made in Toledo (Spain or Ohio)
