It is heavy but I've been using this for close to a year now. I move it carefully, the PC, but I haven't had any problems. I've even loaded it into the car and taken it on a few trips :D

This is an older picture as it only has 1 fan attached to the True.

This is the best heatsink Newegg has for the i7 (in my humble opinion).
Newegg.com - Prolimatech Megahalems Rev.B CPU Cooler - CPU Fans & Heatsinks
and you'll need at least one fan but you can buy (2) for a push-pull configuration.
Newegg.com - SILVERSTONE FM123 120mm Case Fan - Case Fans
and here's some good thermal paste.
Newegg.com - Tuniq TX-2 Cooling Thermal Compound - Thermal Compound / Grease

If you want the True Heatsink you can buy it here.
Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme-1366 RT Rev. C CPU Heatsink (Socket LGA 1366) - FrozenCPU.com

The True is a Great Heatsink but Lapping is required to get the most out of it.

FrozenCPU Deluxe Heatsink Lapping Kit - FrozenCPU.com

And here's some i7 overclocking info :D

Is the Megahalem better than the True?

Is the Megahalem better than the True?

Straight out of the box I'd say yes. But if you take the time and extra expense to lap the True it becomes the best. The Prolimatech Megahalem already has a flat base so lapping it serves no purpose unless it's been scratched or damaged.

not to jump this thread... but Slay, did you happen to test temps before/after you lapped the TRUE copper? I was just curious as to how much of a difference it made.
