If that's the deal you bought then no, the receipt date of purchase must be before June 15th (you've already bought it so you're fine). It must be mailed before July 15th.

That should give you some time to test stuff out and that's the same case I have, it fits most stuff fine. I have an 8800gts in it with room to spare, unless you are planning something crazy with your build that should be just fine. Give it a look over to make sure the fabrication was good and you should be fine.
