Newegg.com - Western Digital VelociRaptor WD3000GLFS 300GB 10000 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives

would be sweet to get two of those in RAID 0

1$ per gb though

Thats actually not that bad. But for that price I think I'd try and get a 15k SAS drive which would probably be even faster than the raptor.
