Default watt monitor?

hey all is there any way that i can monitor how much wattage my components take up? im trying to determine if i need a new PSU but i havent the slightest clue on how to determine if im nearing my PSU limit.

i dont know if there is such thing as one? but if there is i would love to know about it.

you could use something like a multimeter. i think they tell how much power is being consumed. or you could try this: http://extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine
