Okay, not so sure but I see people talking about RMA and stuff.....

Do you have to register your product at the day you purchase/receive the item or can you register them to the manufacturer when you need to RMA?

Also, newegg has this wierd return and exchange policy some can go up to a year to exchange it. So if my say.... GPU dies, and i think its one year from the date of purchase that I can exchange my GPU throught newegg, is that true?

usually you have to register the product within a set date, in most cases from my experience, 30 days from invoice

Yeah, as long as it's covered by Newegg's standard policy (it'll say on the product page), you can exchange it. If it's discontinued they'll either let you select a new card or issue a refund.

does newegg even check whats wrong with the card? cuz thinking about doing that in a year to get a brand new one hehe :D keep doing it till they are gone and get a higher end :D
