Default want to upgrade heatspreaders for RAM, which one is best for me?

Corsair Dominator Memory Airflow Fan CMXAF1 at TigerDirect.com

Newegg.com - Thermaltake CL-R0026 Aluminum Heatsinks only - Memory & Chipset Cooling

i want to get the Corsair one when it becomes available again on newegg. My RAM get warms and i need it to get cooler. PC was unstable at higher clocks presuming that the RAM was too hot. Which one is the better solution? I save money with the Corsair n that one goes over all four RAM slots.

added a pic i got a while back just to show how my airflow is:

--Windows 8.1 64-bit Pro
--AMD FX-8150 w/ MX-4 and Corsair Hydro 100i Liquid Cooler
--G.SKILL Sniper Low Voltage Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3 1600 SDRAM
--EVGA GeForce GTX 960 SuperSC ACX 2.0+ 2GB GDDR5
--ASUS Crosshair V Formula AM3+ AMD 990FX Motherboard
--WD BLACK SERIES WD2003FZEX 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" HDD
--SAMSUNG 840 EVO MZ-7TE250BW 2.5" 250GB SATA 6Gb/s SSD
--Corsair Obsidian 750D Black Aluminum / Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case
--Corsair Professional Series 860-Watt AX860

EDIT: Seeing the picture... the Dominators.
You dont seem to have too many wires and such crossing over everywhere and blocking airflow so the fans will be able to do their job.
