yeah im going to go w/ home premium, cause i could get a 360 for 400 or almost a 7900GTX........

but i really would like to know the difference between Ultimate, Home Premuim and Basic

The prices are different, and Home Premium and Basic have features disabled that aren't disabled in Ultimate.
