Vista RC1 build 5600 seemed mediocre to me, the graphics didn't impress me, especially the task bar and desktop interface. For that kind of money they could put alot more time and effort into designing a decent interface, but nope as usual the corporate america way of cutting corners and screw the customer, we'll get their money anyway type of business is their mentality.
