When SLI is turned on (dual nvidia card setup) it disables the ability to use a 2nd monitor on EITHER of the nvidia cards. This is where the third card, from ATI comes in. On xp i could use SLI to game on my main monitor, and use the third card to display my 2nd monitor. This allowed me to have the best possible graphics for gaming, while using a 2nd monitor without having to toggle SLI on and off, which usually forces a reboot.

Nothing to see here.
