well ya i know that but i was wondering why WoW promotes NVIDIA and not ATI. Is it just a marketing thing?...plus many other fantasy games i.e. oblivion, guild wars, everquest II..promote NVIDIA, whats the reasons behind the heavy promotions?

NVIDIA is willing to shill out the bucks for it.

Some games are optimized for nVidia, but work on ATI just as well.
