viewsonic monitor

is the view sonic Vx715 a 25ms monitor or an 8ms

i have seen sites that say both and viewsonic can't be bothered to respond to my email.

has anyone got a suggestion to a similar speced monitor (8ms?,500:1, 300cd/m2)
