With a 2600 you won't be overclocking so I would buy the fastest 1.5v 8GB (2x4GB) memory modules you can find.

Newegg.com - G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-17000CL11D-8GBXL

or these

Newegg.com - CORSAIR DOMINATOR GT 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 Desktop Memory Model CMT8GX3M2A2133C9

Wow, GTX 560ti $190 6970 well over $300. That's a no brainer for me.

I've had both and I can honestly say that the 6970 performs quite a bit better than the 560 ti. That said, I'm not sure it's worth the premium - although you are getting 2 GB of GDDR versus 1 GB with the GTX 560 ti. Where are you finding the GTX 560ti for $190?

The hardwarecanuck review shows the 6970 performing quite a bit better than the 560 ti...and beating the 570 at higher resolutions. Maybe you are looking at the 560 review and not the 560 ti?

Even in a NVIDIA favored game like metro 2033 the 6970 beats the 570 by around 10%
