Default Video Card and Power supply help

im building a pc with an Asus P4S800 motherboard, 512mb ram, seagate 80gb hard drive and an intel p4 2.8ghz. im not sure what video card will work becaus eit says that it must be 1.5v only and its an agp 8x 3.0, also what is the best voltage for a power supply

Dude, you have a socket 478 CPU. You should have bought the Asus P4P800-E Deluxe. It's probably one of the top 3 478 motherboards.
