Hi, I was wondering if someone could tell me if I get 2 of these video cards:Newegg.com - MSI N250GTS-2D512-OCv2 GeForce GTS 250 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

If they would be able to go on this motherboard on crossfire and work good:
Newegg.com - ASUS M4A78T-E AM3 AMD 790GX HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard - AMD Motherboards

Do you really want sli? I would consider a single card setup instead.

This is the same price and will preform exceedingly well.
ALso, what resolution will you be playiusing this at for your monitor??

Edit: to answer the question, No it will not work (was looking at another motherboard)

umm you'd be better off just grabbing an HD4890, you can get one for ~ $200 now.

as for your question I'm positive you can't run those GTS 250s in SLI on an AMD/ATI based chipset.

xfire is ati.

sli is nvidia.

Your plans will not work as that board only supports xfire.

You need a board that will support sli.

I agree with the single 4890 solution as well.

Yes... What doesn't work on the board are 2 nvidia cards in SLI.

1 Nvidia or 1 ATI or 2 ATI ALL will work just fine.

Yes, you can run DDR3-1333.
