All righty, here i go again contradicting myself. right now i think im gonna get the 7900GT, but then i think aboutthe x1900 XT, which one is better? ( on average) i understand one has a higher advantage over the other in ceratin just there a reason why the X1900 XT costs more.........

You think your going to get a 7900GT when you already have it

The X1900XT ties up / beats / loses against the 7900GT. If the 7900GT is a tad bit slower then the GTX, then the XT is obviously better. 7900GTX>7900GT 7900GTX=X1900XT . So that would mean X1900XT>7900GT by substitution

If i were you i would just stick with what you have now, unless its really crappy then just buy a 7600GT
