video card difference

what is the difference between these two cards? I know one has a 450 clock while the other has 425. so i was wondering why they are the some price.

Only difference I see is the clock speed. Go with the 450/1050 Evga model

the first one is better because it has higher clock speed and memory speed

Ok, thats what i thought. the CO in the name was the only difference i saw.

Edit:

just found out that the mail in rebate for the 450 clock card requiresw you to buy a mobo with it. looks like i am going with the 425 clock, still not a bad deal though.
