Just added RAM to list if you can check that also. Actually here is the link...Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

Fir that price you would be better off with a 4870.

Between those two XFX is clocked lower vs the MSI but offers a lifetime warranty that is transferable should you sell the card later. The MSI is 3 years to the owner. As well, XFX covers OCing as part of their warranty. Only other thing is that as posted the XFX comes with a 4GB usb card while the MSI comes with a copy of call of duty world at war.

Is up to you, if my picks were down to those two I'd get the xfx and OC it out the wazoo.

^The XFX card also comes with far cry 2.

I would go with XFX because of the lifetime warranty, it's worth the extra money.

The 4870 1GB card is a tad better than the GTX260....however the XFX GTX 260 Black Edition is real close in gaming performance to a GTX280....and it is $199 at the egg right now after rebate.
