video card advice

I am looking for a good pci express x16 video card that can run mostly all of the games out there at high settings, like half life 2 at high settings. I am looking to spend around $150, but if i have to spend more I might do so.

one of these I think will do you just fine... I suggest the 7600GT though... evga is a good company, and I like Nvidia

Just make sure that the case you put it in has some very good cooling... but that's a decent card... good choice.
