I currently have a ASUS Radeon A9600XT. I was thinking about upgrading. I like the 6800 GT (AGP). I was looking around for one and I saw BFG makes one for 400.00! Is there's worth the extra cash? They say it comes overclocked. I play Fear and Battlefield 2 now with my card and think the games play well. Is this upgrade worth it? That's a lot of money for maybe a few extra shadows or something isn't it? These are the questoins I'm asking myself. Please help!

Wait till Februrary and get a 7800GS AGP. Don't pay $400 for the 6800GT AGP. The 6800GT is mid-range now and $400 is way too much for that card. AGP cards are getting hard to find, but hopefully the 7800GS rumors are true.

ok. I can wait. Thanks a lot. I'll keep my eye open for AGP cards. They seem to be getting very rare. Atlesast any of the good ones.

Make sure you have a big enough PSU to handle the 7800GS

if you do buy the 7800GS chances are that you're going to need a psu upgrade, and if you dont feel like waiting, the 6800GS is coming out fairly soon.
