Default Vid Cards & LCD TV's

I am currently running a leadtek geforce 6600. Im in the market for a widescreen lcd tv.. that can function well as both a pc monitor and for the upcoming PS3--so its gotta be hd ready too.

First off, will my card be able to display the common resolution of 1366x768... i think that nvidia cards are only able to do resolutions that are a multiple of 8?? and 1366 isnt a multiple of 8... or will i have to get a new video card?

second, are there any widescreen lcd tvs in the 23'' & 26'' range that offer better resolutions, greater than 1366x768 or will i have to get a tv thats bigger than 26''?

i was looking into the samsung line that have now and it looks pretty niice but not sure.. the cool smooth ones that look like this, with similar shapes-->
