here are prices on the brands of the cards i'm interested in...

my computer build seems to be costing me above my budget the further along I go so I'm trying to cut costs a little bit here and there. Now I'm not an avid gamer and don't insist on playing the latest games at the highest settings. some cool ass games (mostly fps and flight combat/simulation) at pretty decent settings. Decency is what I'm looking for, not amazement.

in a nutshell: budget vid. card. not crappy but not the best.

which of the above would be recommended?

actually, with what you're wanting... it'd be possible to get by with what I have in my sig. It was 100 bucks on newegg. It does pretty good. I play CoD and CoD2 demo and it looks great on 800x600.

oh yea, forgot to mention it has to be AGP. see i was planning on getting the 6600gt, but everything's getting more expensive than i thought. what's the next best thing to a 6600gt?
